Terms & Conditions of D-tech Solutions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of D-tech Solutions’ services and website. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services Provided
D-tech Solutions offers design services, including graphic illustrations, UI/UX design, and product branding. The scope of services will be outlined in the contract or agreement between D-tech Solutions and the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due as specified in the agreement. D-tech Solutions reserves the right to withhold work or terminate services if payment is not received by the due date.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs and deliverables created by D-tech Solutions are the intellectual property of D-tech Solutions until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the final designs will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, clear feedback, and timely approvals to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Any delays caused by the client may impact the project timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
D-tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. Refunds may be granted based on the nature of the issue and the work completed. Once a project is approved by the client, refunds will no longer be available.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms outlined. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
D-tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
